This project is one of our director’s properties where the owner wanted to experiment with a new idea in materials. The existing living spaces were split into separate rooms, and knocking into one opened the space to create a large kitchen/diner space. The garden was designed to have a social entertaining space with different areas for different occasions.
By far, the most cost-effective approach any building project can adopt.
