Woolacombe Riding Stables approached us with two projects - one being a barn conversion which has been approved and awaiting construction. The other is a simple holiday let facility for their guests in Woolacombe, North Devon. The existing site previously has a static caravan which we demolished and replaced with a new 1 bedroom couples retreat with magnificent views.
