The existing farmhouse suffered from an undersized kitchen/dining room, so we were instructed to design an extension for a brand new kitchen/living space which made the most of the views of the countryside. The proposal offers a vaulted space with large oak feature trusses, 2 large bi-fold doors, and a large high-level external decking area. The extension also benefits from an impressive overhang to create a space outdoors that can be used all year round.
By far, the most cost-effective approach any building project can adopt.
